The main problem was with the car park, was not convenient at all
Very pleasant staff - very good room - view of pool, nice large bed. However, wanted a lot more money for an extra night 3 times what we paid for one night! Should charge same rate. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff. Would go back.

Honestly It was the worset hotel after staying 3 weeks. Initaly the shows up a good and positive signee but suddenly the miss behaviour with bad attitude (reception) team force me to pay extra money and unfortunately NO food was deliver even after I booked for lunch and dinner. I do understand a maintenance going on as per there're reason, but they schuld contact you to let you know and to avoid person book this hotel. In regard the cleaning its worst even but for the first 2 weeks was good, but my blame is to supervisors who run the hotel and seems to me that they do it in purpose to let the visitors leave the hotel due to there're maintenance. Question, I show them that my room is for max 3 Why do I have to pay 12 USD after spending 2 weeks in the same hotel. Finally, NO way to complain at the hotel because its for a hotel managements
Its a good area hotel to spend time
We stay at Acqua Viva because it is a good value. It's clean and they management continues to upgrade, slowly. The TV didn't work, nor has it on previous visits. Food is decent and the restaurant staff is friendly and hard working.
it was terrible experience . it s not clean . there are not wifi internet and the price is very expensive . also the price in your site is more expensive than the price at the hotel. really i m desappointed .
No wifi in rooms, only in reception, with low speed connection. The first day I get a room without TV,. There is no shampoo and no bath gel. The first day at night I had a big leak in the sink. It took half a day to fix it. Also It took 2 days to get the key of the safety box (it written 2 dinars a day, and when I went to the reception, the receptionist asked for 5 dinars). In the breakfast the juice was very very bad,if you drink it you die. No fridge in the room.
