Denham Grove

Property location was great, stayed at this hotel as it was the venue for a party we were attending so for convenience with a 1 year old. Staff were lovely, very helpful, friendly and polite.

Some areas were tired. Our room was somewhat dusty and could have done with a deep clean. Had to call house keeping for toilet paper.

The location was perfect for my needs. Room was extremely clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to have use of a gym and a pool!

Hotel in a peaceful location and was well serviced in all except one (see below)

Not sure if it was the hotel or Booking.com. The booking was for a colleague (Lady Professional Golfer) playing in 2 days golf competition and the hotel could: Not finding booking for her (in my name) They could not take payment from my booking She had to pay (making it stressful)

The bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was awful.. myself and my mother paid for breakfast at 9.30 and ended up just having toast.. everything else looked dried up and horrible no clean mugs had to wait for them to be washed.. very very disappointed paid £25 for toast

The room was fantastic and comfortable

We stayed in one of the Junior Suites and the room was really lovely, featuring an exceptional bathtub that was perfect for unwinding. Comfy bed and sofa, a mini fridge we were able to store our own drinks in and the air con worked efficiently without any noise. Dinner exceeded expectations for food and drink quality; we opted for one of the outdoor pods, where linking your own phone to play music was a fun, no-extra-charge perk compared to the main restaurant. Portions were generous, flavors spot-on. That said, service started slowly: 15 minutes after being seated, we had to flag reception to find staff, as the greeter and bartender had vanished. Once Luksh arrived as our waiter, though, he was exceptionally friendly and helpful, turning things around quickly. A lovely moment to see was a family who were also enjoying the bar/restaurant area, they had a small child probably around 2 years old and the bartender George produced a bottle of bubbles that he was able to blow around the area, much to the delight of the child. I thought that should be mentioned as not enough service staff have the mindset to deliver two different but equally excellent experiences for children and adults (we had negronis before dinner and espresso martinis after, both 10/10). Ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and unique dining vibes. Minor service glitch aside, the quality shines through—would happily return!
