The hotel was lovely and peaceful away from any noise and we had a very comfortable room with plenty of space for our four night coach holiday. We enjoyed swimming in the pool which was a perfect temperature and also the patio area where we could sit outside with a drink before our evening meal. We were quite disappointed with the buffet on two evenings. Once when we had to wait for a replacement shepherds pie, then when it came the potato on top was still white and soft and the mince was barely warm! We realised we needed to be early otherwise the food was not warm enough; otherwise happy with the hotel and friendly staff.

The breakfast was amazing and the chef was so wonderful, came down and offered to make our kids pancakes! And also facilitated getting us warm milk for my daughter, very attentive and kind. The room was amazing, we stayed in a junior suite and it was stunning, bathroom was out of this world. Censored light in the bathroom was so effective, especially for kids, and the shampoo, conditioner, body was was amazing

The pool was cold but so clean. The road was very isolated and Google maps led us to an unused road so we had to turn and go back

10 minutes from Harefield Hospital. We stayed in an accessible room, which met our needs very well. Disabled parking by the front door. We had dinner in one of the pods and ate from the Clay Oven menu. The food and atmosphere was very good. The service and attention to detail by Neha was excellent.

The toilet rolls. Cheap and flimsy. We had intended using the pool but arrived too late to swim before the swimming lessons which continue until 6.30pm.
