Reception staff, Stella was amazing helpful, polite and kind, she made it special .

Scaffolding outside the window and rubbish in a wheelbarrow.

Lovely hotel with great views, we had a room with a balcony which was great, very clean spacious rooms and the beds are really comfortable. We used the pool and small sauna. We ate in the restaurant bar and had a big sharing pizza which was tasty. We would definitely stay again.

A staff member called Alisha was absolutely amazing. Great vibe, very attentive, there for what ever you need. Fun to be around. Made our evening amazing Best staff member. Absolute amazing person 10/10

I had deliberately arranged a ground floor room as my husband has limited mobility, but they had lost all record of the conversation & tried to put us on the 1st floor. Eventually the found us a ground floor room. There were no water glasses in the room. When you have a bath their body wash & shampoo are out of reach, so is the rail to help you out of the slippery bath. It’s all set up for shower users. We found the meal, though nice, was expensive No air conditioning in the hotel

Great facilities and room, and very clean. Only negative is having to wait over an hour and a half for food to arrive with children. Waiting staff were sporadic and didn’t seem to have a clear system for ordering food and serving tables. When food finally arrived, there was no offer of free drinks or discount on food for our inconvenience.

Fantastic bank holiday weekend stay. Really did look after us all. A big shout to Stella on the front desk. She’s a gem
