Breakfast was great. Great selection.nthe staff were quick and attentive. Reception staff were great. Beautiful setting.

Dinner was pretty awful. The main courses were dry and not good. Service included dumping plates and disappearing without giving us cutlery. Wine bottles were put on the table without opening them. Even with a cork. The cold water in the room ran red hot for at least 15 minutes before any cold came through. This made showering difficult and teeth cleaning unpleasant. Only after running the water for 15 minutes did we get normal water. The bed was quite old and sank in the middle so we rolled together throughout the night. The carpets were quite threadbare and worryingly there were a lot of small moths in the room. I would check there isn't a carpet moth eating the wool.

Room was very comfortable, clean. Breakfast was excellent Staff were great: professional, friendly, helpful

No A/C and only a tiny top window opener. Needed the fan. Not enough air in the room. I was surprised at how small the window was that opened.

"Great old clean building . Swimming available"

Great decor amazing old building . History to follow the grounds and building. Breakfast not the best in my opinion. However great selection hot and cold food . Evening meals was great .coffe machines always cold when we have visited in the mornings.
