Excellent attentive and friendly staff. Great facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Bar closed to residents at 11:30pm. It would have been useful at check in to have been told about the PR code on the key - in order to glee. More about the hotel and it’s facilities.

The grounds are very nice

Toilet didn’t work, phones down to reception and they said they’d send someone in the morning. I said they can’t wait that long, they reluctantly sent someone up who confirmed it wasn’t working. They moved us to a new room, it was a down grade. No refund or partial or any compensation was offered. New room had dirt around the bedside tables as the floor in the bathroom was rot. We just dealt with it as it was late and at least the toilet worked.
