Truly and Wanda where amazing. More than we can ask for. Just a ride down the elevator and a 1 min walk to the beach. You can't beat the views

The text messaging service, was able to communicate with the hotel through texting every day. Was pretty cool.

The hotel was perfect, I had an issue once with the air conditioning not working and they had it repaired in less than 10min of me calling. I love this hotel and will stay again.

Excellent room, customer service was amazing! Room was nice & clean, smelling fresh, linens clean & neat, beautifully decorated. The front desk representative Jackie was the icing on the cake. She was super kind & referred us to great restaurants in the area & even helped with beach chairs. I would definitely stay again and plan to very soon. This Hotel has a gem in Jackie a true professional!

When we first pulled in we were wondering about the property since the check in/lobby area was actually inside the parking ramp and not as big as we have been used to at other properties. Our perception quickly changed with a very helpful and friendly staff member. The property is definitely in a quiet area and little noise is heard from others staying there. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering daily linens and removal of garbage. The room we stayed in was amazing. Large bedrooms, clean all around. The pool area was kept very clean daily. The hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. Parking was tight but manageable. We drove a Durango and parked in the garage most days without issues. There is a lot just across the street and does provide some shade. The site does not provide an onsite restaurant which we did miss. They do offer breakfast but we did not take advantage of this. Overall we were very happy with the facility and the area.

The unit that we received looked nothing like the unit that we thought we were booking from their website. It was very much outdated and the kitchen was very small with a super tiny sink. Good thing that we weren’t planning to do any cooking the night we were there. It would have been difficult to wash any dishes. Definitely needs updating and the carpet needs to be removed from the main area. The curtains looked like they had been sitting in a drying for hours and were very wrinkled . Super disappointed given what we paid for the night. This was unit 703.

Great location and rooms were beautiful

Parking garage is super tight and hard to drive and park in, especially if more than one car at a time

The website shows a beautiful, updated condo with nice finishes and wood flooring. Our room was not like that. The unit was not updated- it had stained carpet, not hardwoods- with aging furniture and very limited lighting in each room. The popcorn ceiling was cracked/peeling in the living room, and the bathroom door in the master bath has suffered water damage and was peeling on the bottom. The bathroom door in the spare bedroom was difficult to close and continuously popped open. The outlets were old and loose and our cords would not stay plugged into most of them. We had several families who also stayed in the building with us and they all paid the same as we did for their units, but theirs were beautiful and updated and matched the images on the website. The staff in the building were very also friendly. Ask questions about your unit after booking just to make sure yours meets your expectations!
