"Great value and location!"

For an older property I will say that this one was well Maintained and clean. Interactions with staff were enjoyable. The only negatives were #jets in spa tub didn’t work and ihere was off season maintenance going on so there was some noise but that’s to be expected during off season so I’m not really complaining but just making others aware that this might be an issue so ask about this when booking your stay

"Excellent customer service when Life happens on Vacation"

Andre- Night Supervisor went above and beyond to assist me. My car broke down on the side of the road, a few minutes from the resort. He took the initiative to type up a letter to notify residence and police that my car would be towed in the morning and that I was a guest at Seaside Resort, if they had any questions to contact resort. Andre gave excellent customer assistance, down to earth and caring, he called the next day to check to make sure I was ok and everything went smooth getting my vehicle towed and to auto repair shop. This young man deserves to be promoted and recognized for his caring, humanitarian, kindness and his serving nature of character. Thank you again Andre.

This is our perfect home away from home. The housekeeping here is amazing. Theo is awesome. Trudy and Jackie are absolutely precious. They treat me like I’m their family. The rooms are beyond amazing and the price is fantastic!

The staff was friendly. There was a washer/dryer in room. With detergent and a dishwasher with detergent. The pool had plenty of towels. The room was clean.

For the price iit was great The parking is a tight fit

"Will not be returning!"

I liked the balcony, the breakfast service was lovely and ms Jackie had a welcoming attitude!

I asked for my trash to be removed three times. I’ve gotten a message saying it was removed and when I got back to my room, the trash was still there. I even took photos. There was also a roach in my room I took photos of that also. I will not be returning!

"Nice place, spacious rooms."

continental breakfast was extra, but reasonable...$8.5/person

Writen instructions on how to work the TV remote, what channels we could get, etc. Also room written instruction for other appliances.
