I like that staff was nice and accommodating

Did not like that we wasn’t aware of construction being done . We book the hotel for the balcony view which wasn’t available. Them rooms were not as as rated on site . Not being able to access balcony was 0our 10 it was the reason we book .

"Lack of communication from the property"

The space and the sleeping arrangements was really good.

They waited until we arrived to tell us the ocean view I booked for the holidays with unavailable due to construction. The indoor pool area wall was tore down so the inside of the facility was very cold.
