The Eagle Inn

Everything was perfect! It was great to see that there were no "hidden fees," which is something many hotels tend to have. Parking was free, and the breakfast was lovely, with something different on the menu each day. This is especially nice if you're staying for a few nights. You can either dine downstairs or have breakfast brought to your room. You also receive a nice water bottle, perfect for travel, which you can refill with hot or cold filtered water in the lobby. Additionally, you can borrow bicycles for free to explore the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, and the room was very comfortable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. If we return to Santa Barbara, we will definitely book here again!

For us would be nice if the breakfast was a little earlier. So breakfast is from 8-10. But would be nice from 7, because then you can explore earlier. But it is a small thing and also good reason to try to relax a little in the morning.

Breakfast was very nice. Four options to choose from. Server was very kind. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and informative about the area.

the room was larger then expected, comfortable bed, and the balcony was a bonus to sit and enjoy the sunshine and view. Was nice to be able to watch the sunset from the balcony. Was in town for an event with family with several hours in between events. The "secret garden" to the right of the complex was a wonderful place to enjoy time with family for several hours. Staff was great offering to turn on gas fireplace. Great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants--super quiet.

Could use more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and toiletries since is a pedestal sink with little lay down room. Did not see a hair dryer in the room which was odd. As room is large, an additional suitcase stand would fit easily and be much appreciated.

The room and place was cozy and warm. Breakfast and free cookies was lovely and better than expected. Nice amenities and close to water front. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.
