As soon as we walked into the property, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Peter. He expediently checked us in and gave us tips about the town, where to eat, where to walk and watch sunset. Our room is clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped. The entire hotel is artfully decorated and conveniently located close to the waterfront, coastal walk and down town. Hot breakfast is made to order and is very tasty. We had a wonderful stay at the Eagle Inn.

It was good one night stay, with the inn being located in a safe and nice area, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 from downtown, where most of the restaurants and bars are located. It offers a decent breakfast compared to other accommodations in California, it also has an all day coffee service and homemade cookies. Free parking and the complementary reusable water bottle was a nice touch.

It wasn’t the cleanest room, with dust in some places and a floor carpet with a lot of stains on it. The smell of the room was a bit stuffy, but we let the windows open for the whole afternoon and in the evening was better. It can get noisy in the morning, since the windows are just for letting the light in, nothing else.

The arrival was pleasant and low stress. It seemed like the employees were sincere--actually cared about your experience. Room was quite nice and comfortable. Historic type property--like the look. Great location and in semi residential area but lots of restaurants etc. in walking distance.

Cute boutique hotel in near the beach and the “funk zone” They offer breakfast that you can have delivered to your room. We stayed in a casita which was very roomy and comfortable.

It's a little dated. But clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a wonderful spot to stay. Close to the beach, the pier and the bike trail, you are also close to great spots like the Santa Barbara Pubic Market as well as taco legends nearby. You are treated like royalty with a great breakfast, cookies at night as well as coffee or hot chocolate. A great place to be in Santa Barbara. Staff was helpful with information and service.
