Well kept for older hotel. Love the design layouts. Love the pool and water ways with building architecture compliments to the beach and nature of the surroundings, wonderful strong team of dedicated staffs at their best customer care high quality and warm genuine services. I love it here. My young adult kids love it too. This will be our hotel for Hua Hin choice. Great breakfast buffet that extend till 11am. We (3)stayed in room 3101 lagoon access with added bed(very comfy) and also last minute booked additional room and they were able to have us across one another. Large well maintained rooms. They really keep the care and clean for this large but feel very cozy hotel. Also we had great spa treatments experiences. Will definitely return. Love the staffs too. We feel very well care for during our stay till the end with gulf cart taking us right to the car park after check out.

Can improve on the bacon quality in the breakfast buffet; too plastic over cooked. Otherwise all amazing buffet.

A nossa estadia foi muito agradável, destacando-se alguns pontos: Qualidade do Serviço: - O pessoal do hotel foi excepcional. - Todos foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Localização: - O hotel está relativamente afastado dos pontos de interesse. - Acredito que a experiência ganharia com mais opções de transporte entre o hotel e esses locais. Eventos: - Durante a nossa estadia, ocorreram alguns eventos, como festas de aniversário e casamentos. - Estes eventos interferiram ligeiramente na nossa experiência como hóspedes. Sugestões de Melhoria: - Um melhor planeamento dos eventos poderia minimizar a interferência na estadia dos hóspedes. - Aumentar a oferta de transporte entre o hotel e os pontos de interesse.

Não gostei do fato de não encontrar no quarto o essencial, como escova de dentes, pente de cabelo, chinelos, etc. Embora tenham sido prontamente fornecidos assim que solicitei, preferiria que esses itens estivessem disponíveis desde o início.

Apart from an amazing location and superb layout. The best attribute at the Sheraton, was their staff. Everyone of them was amazing, helpful and polite.
