"Excellent"

Overall I recommend this property. The Lagoon access room was great. Great hospitality by restaurant staff. Food & coffee was very good; the breakfast spread had good variety.

Reception staff were not efficient and clear. Restaurant & in room dining timings are limited.

"It was a good break and good value for money"

The Hotel is lovely, the rooms need a bit of attention but were comfortable and met our needs. The pool was lovely.

Would have been nice to have free shuttles to nearby shops. Also the games room closes really early so adults and young adults cant use the facilities.

"Nice place and very friendly staff"

It’s a nice and cost hotel. I have been visiting this hotel since almost 20 years and always compliment the service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Specially Khun Nam at reception is excellent. However want to give a few recommendations. One us hotel should use better quality coffee in the room and also should put wireless phone chargers in every room as this is a very common norm in most if the hotel if this standard. And overall should try to get the renovate the full hotel. Specially furniture has started looking a bit worn out. But in general it’s a perfect place to stay in Hua Hin as they do have their private beach.

Отличная территория , вкусные рестораны на территории , отличное сочетание вцелом цена=качество. Вцелом очень приятные люди встречались за период отдыха.

Сложно сказать, если это уместно то хотелось бы больше доступных зон курения ))

Das Resort und die Gartenanlage sind schön gestaltet. Das Essen ist in Ordnung Preis/Leistung ist ok. Die Poollandschaft und die Lage am Meer sind außergewöhnlich.

Ich würde dem Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben. Es müssten einige Stellen renoviert bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit ist für Thailand generell in Ordnung ABER für ein 5-Stere Hotel inakzeptabel. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind allerdings die Hochzeiten und deren Gäste. Es waren in knapp 1 Woche vier verschiedene Hochzeitsgesellschaften aus Indien da. Es war beim Frühstück teilweise laut wie auf einem Bahnhof. Im Garten wurden Zelte aufgebaut und Tänze geprobt,…Abends war laute Musik und teilweise Feuerwerk. Von Ruhe und Entspannung war man hier weit entfernt.

raňajky boli dobré veľký výber všetkého, personál v rezorte bol veľmi milý, ochotný a nápomocný pomôcť s čímkoľvek, upratovačka Wassana bola veľmi milá, ochotná, plnila si svoju prácu poctivo a svedomito, záhrada bola pekná, obrovský bazén, pitná voda pri bazéne, v kúpeľni je sprcha aj vaňa

osušky pri bazéne na 5* rezort by mohli byť lepšie, niektoré boli deravé, iné fľakaté, potom nebol dostatok slnečníkov pri lehátkach, na izbe neboli taniere k dispozícii, počas nášho pobytu boli 2 svadby a to nás dosť rušilo, stlále cez deň aj v noci niečo stavali alebo rozoberali
