Me encanto todo el servcio. Las personans que trabaja en el hotel me ayudo mucno, y siempre me sirvio con un a sonrisa. Me encanto el cuarto, y la historia que tiene el hotel en general. Lo recomiendo para todos. Si voy a Merida otra vez, seguro que si que me voy a quedar en Piedra de Agua Hotel otra vez. :) "Very satisfied"

Incredible- huge beautiful rooms. Perfect service. Really reasonable couple’s massage. Great pool, food, AC. Can also exchange money here and get airport transfer

El hotel muy bonito Tenía terraza con vista a la calle. Lo único malo es que no hay elevador. Pero en lo demás todo muy bien. La alberca no la usamos porque el clima NO lo permitió había lluvia. Pero muy céntrico. Recomendable.

Está bien ubicada, las habitaciones están en el promedio, el estacionamiento es tema a mejorar debido a que hay que caminar 3 cuadras para estacionar el vehículo. El personal atiende muy bien
