Breakfast was good, but the rugs in room were dirty

We arrived before check in. We were told that we would need to wait a couple of hours for our room, which was not unexpected. While we were sitting at the pool waiting (and noticing that there was nobody at the pool or the restaurant—total ghost town), another guest that was just arriving said that the desk told her there was no hot water. We went to the desk and they confirmed that to be the case. Why they chose to hide that from us and have us sit around waiting is a mystery. And inexcusable. They offered to move us to a lesser hotel, which we were not interested in. We found something on our own to save our stay here. They also said that the hotel is closing next week because this is such a problem. The people at the desk were very courteous but the whole situation is terrible.

A fantastically located hotel 10 mins walk from Korcula Old Town. We had a spectacular view from our room so most definitely worth paying a bit more for that (see photo). The room was a good size and the beds very comfy. The bathroom was fine although the shower over the bath was so low, it would be impossible for anyone over 5ft 2in to be able to stand up straight! We had a wee balcony which got afternoon and evening sun and a really lovely sunset. The pool was freezing but refreshing. It’s salt water but there’s a shower for a wash after. You can go into the sea from the front but it's stony. The wee bar was nice. Buffet breakfast was ok, nothing special. We had the buffet dinner there one night and didnt enjoy it. Food was a bit cold and very underwhelming. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel and can highly recommend it. Anastasia at reception was particularly friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable room with a view of the old town. Very conveniently located close to attractions and ferry.

Walking distance from old town and ferry. Good view of old town from balcony and decent buffet breakfast. Modern clean room and friendly staff.

There is limited to zero hot water at this hotel. Do not expect to shower. Stayed three days with a tour group; none in our group had any warm water in our rooms. The hotel staff were not able to offer solutions just saying they were busy and the water situation couldn't be fixed for anyone. Do not stay here.

Super helpful staff, great location, nice buffet and lots of areas to sit and relax.

The hotel has the most spectacular view of Korcular The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Rooms are pleasant well maintained and tidy and a reasonable size. The staff were all really helpful and polite. They always smiled and wished you a good day. Reception was also really helpful with arrangements for trips that we wanted. Breakfast was great, set you up for the day. But I wouldn’t bother with dinner here, much better off finding a nice restaurant in the town

The room was very large. Amazing view. Check in was easy & quick. Overall experience was great. Only complaint the bathroom had a smell and ran out of hot water after 2 minutes.

The total is in a wonderful position, across from the bustle of the old town. Staff are very good. When we stayed it was quiet, so sometimes getting hold of serving staff needs patience. Lovely pool area although a Lillie too cold for most people when we were ere there as not heated. However, there is one reason for only three stars- the shower! We stayed in a top floor, duplex suite with roof balcony and sea view, which is the most expensive. When we arrived we were given a lower level suite with new view of the sea, just rooftops. When we complained we were given a top floor immediately. The reason is that there is no pressure on the top floor showers. When I say no pressure, I mean no water coming out of the taps on most occasions. It seems that if another shower is turned on then no pressure. The only way I could wash, and I kid you not, is to turn on the bath and leave for half an hour by which time you may succeed in filling a couple of cm of hot water to wash yourself in. It’s really not acceptable for this level of hotel. When we complained again we were met with a knowing look and told we could have a lower level inferior room. Come on management, get some pumps installed, it really is not that difficult.
