The Colony Palms Hotel and Bungalows - Adults Only

Great place, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However it’s very add the almost $100 extra fees on top of your room charges.

Quiet oasis

Another great stay at Colony Palms. Everything was wonderful.

The bungalows' ambiance was great, and almost everything was perfect. We can hardly wait to come back. Staying in Palm Springs in the fall is wonderful, as the temperature and the crowds are perfect. The landscaping and the pool at the Bungalows are amazing. Our Bungalow had a private patio with a two-person soaking tub that we loved.

I have some medicine that must be kept cold and some ice packs that must be frozen when we are in the car. I asked the front desk attendant if she could put them in the restaurant's freezer to keep them frozen, and she refused. The solution was to explain my situation to the restaurant's manager and ask if he could store them in his kitchen freezer. Without hesitation, he took care of my request. Qudos to him.

Clean, friendly staff.Expedia said resort fee is included, but it is not, you get charged $45.00 per day at checkout.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and the AC was a saver for us. The pool was wonderful and the pool area. The restaurant served good food, and the breafast was an ala carte version which we really liked.

Good, although it was starting to feel a bit enclosed after a few days. Nice staff, nice food. The only thing we didn't like - and this is a larger American issue to be honest - is the number of things that were charged as extras e.g. a 'resort fee' (for using the pool), a fee to use the wi-fi (seriously?) and yet another fee to park your car.
