The hotel is old and a bit worn-out, still clean and comfortable bed. All you need for a short stay in city centre for budget price. Continental breakfast is little more than continental. I could recommend to invest in a coffee machine to make the Continental breakfast + perfect. Nice staff.

Fab place to stay, so close to all the amenities. Lovely friendly staff, i wouldnt expect any different from lovely liverpudlians. Booked to stay again the same time next year as soon as i got home

Great value, ideally located, showing it's age but at that price more than satisfied. Really pleasant staff who were genuinely pleased to see you, extremely helpful.

Really great location - only a few minutes' walk from Lime Street station. Surprisingly quiet too given where it is. It's very cheap and so is not a luxury hotel by any means but it is amazing value for money and I slept very well and had a good bed/ shower and toilet. Staff were really kind and helpful.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The hotel is outdated, the elevator was broken when we arrived, my room was dirty, outdated and miniscule and frankly I didn't feel safe there. My friend faired slightly better as his room was clean with a broken window and leaking radiator. The 1 and only positive was the lady at reception who was very understanding when I told her I was leaving.

oh my god, horrible stay. there is breakfast which look like prison, limited breakfast, you do a line, they serve you like 2 slice of bread,one cheese etc. the building is old, we were located near stair case, we heard drunk people in the corridor running,lauphing , baby crying... people talking. in the street you can hear people shouting at night asking for help... i do not recommend...

Good central location, amazing staff. Rooms very basic, problem with hot water. Bed was comfortable and good size for single. For the price I paid it was ok.
