Personnel de l'accueil ( une femme ) désagréable, pas souriante. Piscine intérieure inaccessible car soit disant ne marche pas alors qu'elle est pleine. Ménage dans les chambres à améliorer. Salle à manger non chauffée par contre petit déjeuner et repas du soir très bien. Serveurs de la salle de restaurant forts sympatiques. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs des chambres la nuit.

Un hotel très confortable, bien chauffé, juste un petit bug au niveau de la réception qui n'avait pas intégré une réservation déjà payée et qui nous a demandé de régler, mais la comptabilité ouverte le lendemain a résolu le problème avec des excuses.

The property is outdated, but it is very clean. It's definitely the nicest hotel in Douz. The staff were extremely kind and helpful in booking us desert tours. The food is good.
