Un hôtel superbe, l'animation génial ( Simo) , la sécurité, serveur, barman etc.... Une gentillesse et serviable, femme de ménage chambre toujours propre, une chambre que j'ai apprécié après

Les plats toujours piquant (piment), La première chambre j'avais 3 lits, et que j'avais demandé une chambre avec un lit,

I'm not one for writing bad reviews as such. Pool was lovely. Didn't have any problems with getting sun beds. Was clean enough. Room was dated. Large numbers of groups of men which was a bit intimidating at times. The dining room was absolutely chaos. Unfortunately the food was not good. Most of time it wasn't up to temperature and I've never stayed somewhere where you couldn't get an alternative to hot food ie cheese/cold meats. And asking for a white coffee well that in itself an was an experience ....never knew what we were going to be given....and a lack of sugar free drinks so it was water or nothing... Staff were all mostly friendly

Hotel is situated on a lovely location, but has a lot of improvements to do. The rooms need a complete refurbishment and to be more modern, it's all very dated and either broken or dirty. A lot of the staff are lively and can't do enough for you, always looking to help. The restaurant manager is a arrogant person that didn't honour our a la carte booking , saying there was no booking, when we booked it that morning with another staff member as saw him writing it down on the reservation book. Big buffet area, and I do know it's a different culture and cuisine, but I felt there was kot enough choice to accommodate fussy little one's. Was a good holiday, but had the potential to be amazing, and it wasn't.
