Nothing satisfied us with this hotel.

The buffet wasn't controlled waited 1hour to eat. They had favoritism with the Arabic people. Service was very slow one not knowing what the other is doing.

Le aree comuni e l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia sono stati i punti di forza del nostro soggiorno: un vero piacere. Colazione variegata. Inoltre ti concedono la possibilità di pranzare gratuitamente anche dopo il checkout.

Purtroppo, la camera aveva un design datato e la mancanza di una cabina doccia, sostituita da una vasca con tenda, si fa sentire. Anche la cucina non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Se la struttura si rinnovasse, sarebbe un'ottima scelta.

we disappoint staying at this hotel.. i booked 7 days package via loveholidays.com This hotel is no where close to 3 stars below are the issues i have experienced during my stay.. 1. Hotel fabrication very poor, holes everywhere, ants scrolling from holes 2. Poor pillow in the room, lumpy and flat making not suitable to sleep 3. bed sheets very old and detoriated 4. sink blocked in bath room 5. big hole in bath tub- not making it suitable 6. Poor room service- beside calling 3-4 times in receiption no one bother about cleaning room or supply bath towels. 7. not supplying water bottles in room, even with all inclusive deal we have pay for water. 8. Almost same breakfast and food every day 9.Every day not sufficient food in the counters 10. long ques during lunch and dinner 11. No locker in the room, you have to pay for locker in reception. 12. Very old 1980s TV in the room which never works, can not connect any external device. i.e firstick or phone i would not recommend this hotel under 3 star class, in my belive local hotel would be better then this.

Very bad smell in the corridor and also in the bathroom. Very noisy and facilities are very old.

poca animazione, ci hanno assegnato una camera per anziani dove il bagno era appunto attrezzato per anziani,lo abbiamo fatto presente ma niente nel complesso bell’hotel
