La piscina.

Staff non accogliente, mancanza del phon in camera (da prenotare con cauzione alla reception facendo i turni con un phon per tutto l'hotel), pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti dell'hotel quasi assente, animazione triste, spiaggia non curata ma con grandi potenzialità.

Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Strand, wirklich gut für Touristen geeignet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle dort sehr freundlich. Es gibt für Kinder und junge Leute sehr sympathische Animateure, dadurch kann man immer etwas machen und es nicht langweilig.

"Escroquerie a la taxe de séjour"

L emplacement bord plage et piscine

J ai été volé en bande organisée par booking et la réception. On m'a forcé à payer 32.8 de taxe de séjour estimée par booking et facturée en commission à l'hôtel alors que la taxe pour Tunisien est de 2 tnd par jours par personne dont 18tnd donc 5.4 euros. C'est une fraude fiscale que je vais signaler au fisc tunisien et a la mairie de mahdia
