Airport Hotel

Had a gd stay however room was hot asked if I could have the aircon on or a fan was told it’s the law in Italy that it’s not possible to have aircon on due to time of year

Lovely friendly hotel very clean

This hotel is close to Bergamo Orio el Serio Airport, 20€ from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival- very welcoming and helpful staff. Very professional service. Room is spacious and extremely comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Welcome book in the room about the amenities- restaurant, meeting rooms, gym, breakfast lounge, Airport shuttle, Emergency #'s. 24 hour "Air Cafe" and room service. Shower has safety features for non slip surface and a grab bar for those needing extra assistance. Would highly recommend to others looking for accommodation in an area close to the airport, for the services offered, the customer service and the price.

Hotel was further away from airport than name suggests. Shuttle service only operates to the airport not from it, which was strange and inconvenient. Especially as we got ripped off by airport taxi which went on an extended route to the hotel.

Everything as described and expected, and very convenient when we needed to spend a night close to the airport.

It is good for what I needed

I liked my stay but the hotel is far from everything. I like staying walking distance from airport for early flights. However, reception nice and kind. They also offer and offered my fsmily of 4 a voucher to grab breakfast at one of the listed cafes. A coffee, juice, and pastry. I thought that was awesome for them to do that for pwople for early who csn not catch the breakfast.

The AC was not working, upon several requests to reception they clearly told they are not allowed to turn it on since outside is 12 degrees. They even told me open the window. I was on a business trip and I checked in at midnight. I couldn’t sleep till 3am because of high temperature in the room. The receptionist was so rude when i told him i will file a complaint about it he said go ahead! I even opened the window but the room was on 1st floor and outside the main entrance that there was so much noise. Definitely not recommended to anyone.
