we had all we need for our one night stay as a bonus, we got vouchers for morning breakfast at the airport, which was very handy because we left the hotel around 4,30 am

Best place for family with a car. On ground floor you got private parking under your window with curtain that opens automatically when you close the room. Delicious breakfast and all needed amenities. Very good value for money and just 10 m by car from the airport.

"Hotel is good. Info is misleading "

The stay was good. I choose this hotel based on shuttle service The problem is the misleading info about the shuttle to the Airport. The availability is very low - only in the morning. So I have to extend the rental car agreement for an additional day to be able to go to the airport. It cost me extra 55 Euro.

"Great Hotel "

It was my second time in this hotel, and I am looking forward to staying there every time I have to fly out of Bergamo for a couple of reasons. First, cost-benefit is great! Second, the staff is very helpful. I arrived around 8:15 pm. Easy check-in. Their restaurant was open until 9 pm, and reservations were made after my request. I ate a very good meal consisting of a 1st, 2nd, dessert, a bottle of water, a glass of wine and coffee for only €19. Third, the room was clean. Needs a little reform like painting the walls and changing the box doors(probably because it has been used a lot). However, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, I had two bottles of water and parking for free. And finally, since I had an early flight the next day, I received a voucher to eat breakfast at the airport. The airport is 8 minutes from the hotel!

"Good hotel "

Stayed there only for 1 night. Quick check in and check out. Big bed. Clean room. No OPEN restaurant after 22.00 but there are some options to eat at the bar.

The room we got was dirty, makeup on lampshade, blood on walls, lots of dirty marks on walls, curtain had large black mark at bottom looked like a footprint. The dust on the carpet near to the fridge made the carpet seem grey in colour nor red, the lime scale in the shower area was shocking. Did take lots of photos.
