Hampton Inn Greenfield

Property is slightly dated, really only evident in the bathrooms, mainly the tub. But overall it’s exactly what you expect from a Hampton. We weren’t up early enough for their breakfast so no comments on that. However the breakfast area appears pretty small. Overall it was a good experience.

Heather at the front desk was amazing! We had to call a few times with different questions and she was so helpful and friendly each time. She took off so much stress! Will be back again!

Our toliet broke & no maintenance man on Sunday..had to switch rooms. But it worked out and the staff was very helpful.

I thought a charge of $75/night for a dog was seriously excessive. Of course, you’re not made aware of this until check-in. And the night staff member was very unfriendly. Did not smile once. Also, the mirror in the bathroom was way too high. I’m 5’2” and I could only see my neck and up. On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable.

My favorite part was the friendly staff, they really made the stay. My other favorite part was the breakfast that those bagel toppers and sausage were amazing.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but the bed was less than ideal for me. But beds are personal opinion. Also it won't keep me from staying here again.
