Convenient location

Nasty front desk with zero customer service. I have stayed at this hotel for over a decade for the same weekend. Just like ive done in the past, I reserved a room 365 days prior. They failed to clear inventory. I was booked as a temporary reservation for $1000 dollars a night. They were unwilling to cancel or rebook my reservation even though I was trying to cancel more than a week prior. I will be sleeping in my car because of Hiltons Greenfields mistake. And I bet the people at the front desk will kinda chuckle and laugh at that. I have to remind myself that the people behind the desk are actually above avg intelligence for IN. Sad to see and hear but that's 2024. No child left behind. Public education ftw. I would have written a one sentence review but there was a 200 character min for submission.
