Avevamo bisogno di una notte in questa zona di passaggio in un viaggio itinerante. Molto bella la piscina esterna compresa nel prezzo della camera veramente modico, peccato che l'appartamento fosse molto datato con mobili vecchi e fuori luogo per il posto. Andrebbe rinnovato

If your looking for a four star hotel/apartment move on...however if your looking for affordable accommodations and a good breakfast buffet with an assortment of foods. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, but quite dated. This is a great place for the money and its located within walking distance to the beach and several small restaraunts.

Very old and scrammy. It has the potential, but is in desperate need of a restauration. It was like a time travel to 1990 - which must be the year this hotel earned its 4 stars.

넓은 아파트였고 주방도 모든걸 갖추고 있었다. 와이파이가 잘 안된단 걸 제외하면 하루 더 묵고싶은 숙소였다. 깨끗하고 스텝들도 친절했다.

Genau richtig für unsere 3er-Gruppe als spontaner Zwischenstop in Roquetas de Mar. Sehr günstiger Preis in der Wintersaison, ordentlich eingerichtete Apartements, zuvorkommender Service, gute Ausstattung der Gesamtanlage (Pool, Tennisplatz etc.). Der schöne Balkon war in der Wintersaison leider nicht zugänglich. Das Schlafsofa ist für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet. Sauberkeit des Apartements ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

The apartment was dated but I presumed this was factored into the low rates. The room was roomy and comfortable but wifi was poor even on the 3rd floor. Eating places within walking distance and the beach was 300m away. Refurbishment work ongoing but not distracting.

Bien. Bon rapport qualité prix, Personnel courtois. En basse saison, pas grand chose à faire à part la plage le boardwalk ou la piscine du site qui est bien entretenu. Par contre un bon pied-à-terre pour aller visiter ailleurs....à 30km d'Alméria et quelques km de la Sierra Nevada. Il faut absolument une voiture.

Algo descuidado pero en general bien

La première impression a été désagréable : l'hôtel était annoncé fermé ! Une dame extérieure m'a indiqué qu'il fallait aller au fond du parking, au bout, etc, introuvable sans aide. La propreté de la chambre est très bonne, avec une déco un peu rustique pleine de charme. Le Wifi ne fonctionnait mal (déconnections intempestives). Il est situé dans une zone très touristique avec des restaurants tout autour, bars, hôtels, commerce, plage, etc. L'hôtel propose un buffet (j'ai pas trop aimé mais c'est économique, ils se pressent de débarrasser votre assiette). L'accueil du personnel est bof (pas de wifi : tant pis pour vous !). Il y a un parking gratuit interne mais souvent plein. Coté prix, il a des promotions très intéressantes (20€ nuit, petit déj, repas du soir).
