Fenix Beach Apartamentos

re named the hotel El B Vista because these were the only letters on the hotel that lit up at night, it a shame that the hotel has been neglected over the years because im sure at one time it was an excellent conference hotel. (or that's what it looks like) We had an apartment which was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Cleaning was done every three days. We were also half board the food was typical Spanish buffet offering a selection of meat fish salad and pasta food was a bit bland and basic no different to anywhere else ive stayed. I would say the reception staff are not helpful, No English travel guides no information on what time dinner or breakfast starts and only the news channel to watch on Tv.

Los baños son antiquísimos, necesitan una reforma urgente.

la estancia fue buena aunque la zona de los apartamentos tiene falta de pintura la tele no se ve bien ademas de que es vieja yo creo que con una buena decoracion de pintura ganaria muchos puntos el wifi no llega a los apartamentos en fin unos cuantos detalles y con esto aprobecho tanbien para decir que yo tengo una empresa de pintura por si deciden de pintar sin mas un saludo

Ha sido muy buena,el desayuno de 10,las instalaciones muy bien.

We told the hotel that my husband had problems walking and doing stairs, so they put us a good 5 main walk from breakfast room and on the 2nd floor when there was no lift. We did not get any sleep the first night as the wind was blowing something on the roof. After 5 phone calls it was sorted but took over 3 hours and several requests for moving were refused. The next day we spoke to staff and was moved to the 6 the floor of a different block with a lift. Again the wind did make a noise but we did get a sleep. The bathrooms need updating but I must say for the !money the food was great and the pool was really cold but clean.

Stayed in the apartments which are a little dated but great value for money. I think the bellavista hotel room are a little nicer. The food is incredible. Had lamb chops, fresh fish, breakfast was the same with eggs bacon etc. would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here several times before. It's excellent value in the low season. The apartments are a good size. They need a lot of TLC but for the price they are good. The staff are very pleasant. The heating was great. Plenty of towels and a bath/shower. Lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to a selection of bars and restaurants. We never use the pool but it looks fab for families.Great place for a weekend of socialising with friends.

Clean and comfortable room, overall it was Ok but disappointing no to have towels in the bathroom. Need more attention in their housekeeping.

The Apartamentos was great, very cheap off season. Small kitchen, living room + sleeping room. Good value for the money.

Good Location and excellent facilities.Everything needed for self catering provided in the apartments which was spacious and comfortable.
