"On my way to Canada"

Service was great and a wonderful breakfast. Some of the best options. Clean rooms and the perfect stop on the way to Canada. Restaurant options close by with easy I-5 access. The check in was smooth and professional, the staff was knowledgeable about the area and was able to direct us to fun things to do.

"Broken WiFi, Thin Ceilings, Poor Management"

I rarely leave poor reviews. I don’t expect perfection even though I’m a high level member. But I spent over an hour on the phone with two IT people who tried to get me on wifi. When I lodged a complaint with Marriott customer service, a snarling agent guaranteed that hotel management would call me to discuss it. Never got a call. Between that and the paper thin ceilings, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
