"You Know What to Expect from the Marriott Brand!"

Wonderful Marriott brand hotel with a highly convenient location for exploring Pacific Northwest Islands and National Park / Ross Lake. Updated, clean rooms with excellent water pressure in shower. Great breakfast selection, complimentary. Nearby restaurants, shopping, Costco, groceries, coffee, coffee and more coffee. Welcoming reception team and appreciate them honoring our suite night award upgrade request for both rooms! The suite offers a living area with sofa and 2nd TV! Highly recommend!

"Bad customer service"

I don’t usually pay attention to reviews about customer service or people who say “I’m elite,” but I didn’t have a good check in experience. I didn’t get recognized as lifetime gold. My profile asks for a higher floor. I was told they only had 2 floors and was given a room in the middle of the first floor. It was noisy and therefore I didn’t sleep well. They could have done better and I found it very disappointing. I only use Marriott if there is one in a town we are visiting but this one wasn’t good.
