Quality Inn Hayti North

I do want to say the night front desk lady was very nice, but this was the worst experience I’ve had in a while. The first room we were given had mouse poop every where, piles in the corners, the bed and on the chair. The second room we were given the card reader was broken. Finally the third room the card reader worked, but the door was like sealed shut. The lady had to use a master key to get inside. We had to stay because it was so late. The next morning after our hunt we were told our door would be fixed, but the manager had no idea about it. He was rude and pretty much said well you can go somewhere else. So we did we called the near by Drury inn and they got us in right away. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was not clean appeared to be mold on the ceiling There was hair in the bathtub and the mattress was walled out in the center

The room look like the ceiling had been wet at one point, and there was mold growing in the corner The bathroom had a plastic tub and where the surround contacted the tub was mold No carpet on the floor had a cheap laminate The mattress was so old that it sagged in the middle

Owner was rude cleaning staff rude mold in bathroom

The receptionist was great but our rooms were not. There was mold in the shower and it looked like the sheets had not been changed out.

Breakfast was adequate.

the floors were sticky. Obvious soap scum and mold on the bathtub. Accumulated dirt around the floor tiles in the bath room. Also, we requested pet friendly. We check-in and they have notices everywhere that they do not accept pets of any kind except service animals. This is the 3rd time that we used booking dot come in the last 18 months and find out the place does not want animals. Please update your records.
