This hotel had pretty good ratings, so we booked for our quick overnight stay. Unfortunately, those ratings did not mirror the property. The property is very run down, lots of deferred maintenance and needs to be deep cleaned. Our room had multiple light bulbs that were burnt out, the TV did not work, the sink flow was out of control, the room was not cleaned and smelled like chemicals, the floor was wet and the room was very warm upon arrival, the duvet was clearly stained and there were bugs in the room (crawling on the walls/ceiling). While I realize it was complimentary, the breakfast was pretty sparse. We went down over an hour before it ended and there was hardly anything available. The water provided tasted like hose water too. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it. It’s sad how bad they will let rooms get and still let people book them.

I will never stay here again! The room smelled like a funky old man. My daughter's comforter had blood on the top corner like someone had a nosebleed. There was a glob of blood on the wall by my bed. The tub had mildew and was not clean. The in-room coffee maker looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. This place was disgusting! Such a waste of my money.

The staff was very friendly and polite but the hotel was dirty and run down. They were short staffed and we were not able to get our room clean all weekend. Not a good experience at all

It was just okay with and average environment. Not bad not the best but it is a good price and a confy place to rest your head.

No functional TV. Door to room sticky and had to replace non-working key cards twice. Door to bathroom would not close properly and stuck.

The lobby area is presentable. Room was not clean. The linen were dirty had a blood on it. The hallway carpet was extremely dirty. The bedroom door handle was broken. Terrible experience.

Bedding had what appeared to be dried blood. Floors were dirty. Breakfast selection was very limited. Juice machine was not working.

The outside was beautiful.

The room. Holes in the sheets. Room needs to be painted. You could see all the patch marks. The breakfast was terrible. Has to wait for things that ran out. Could not make waffles cause waffle batter was so running it pour out of the maker when I flipped it. The orange juice machine was not working.
