The breakfast was phenomenal and the pool/lagoon was great and a great place to relax and swim

The room amenities - the smart tv didn’t actually connect to the internet and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. But very minor in the scheme of things!

Breakfast was ok ..and ok is good .. New guy josh was a nice bloke friendly and very helpful..always see him busy doing things even sweeping ..maybe a Makita blower might be a good investment…

Beer selection .. Getting told our transportation from the airport was not organised. We even rang a couple of days before to confirm it ..still wasn’t organised.

Pool, outside areas lit up at night, overall location and generous size of the suite. Most staff very friendly.

Room was clean & functional but very tired and dated. Not what one would expect from 5 stars. Sofa, cushions & rugs were well worn & looked like they needed a steam clean. Room lacked those little extras you normally get in other 5 star hotels around the world.

The spa was the main reason we liked it, staff were friendly and the pool was pretty cool too and it's only short walk to the beach and town.
