Room was located 10 mins walk from their pool and restaurant. Not accessible as lifts did not cover the area. It was raining few days and we had to walk in the rain to get to room or restaurant. Breakfast was so so nothing special as such, pastries were stale. Spa rooms are too small. TV was not smart tv to play streaming app etc. they gave us a usb with connector to connect our phone however that means the wire was in bed and blocking the small room.

We liked the location and the pool

We were given a room on the second floor that didn’t have an elevator to it. We did not realize it u til we were already in the room and had unpacked. Normally it would not be an issue but my husband had hurt his knee and it was very painful going up and down the stairs. We had take. The stairs up when we first got there but thought there was an elevator for all the other times we went in and out of the room. We should’ve been informed that there was no way to get to the room by elevator and been able to change to a different room. When we checked out we requested help with our bags due to the no elevator thing and there was no one available so the sent up a young woman from the restaurant to take the bags down. We had one bag that was very large and heavy and we felt badly that she had to drag it down the stairs.

"Perfect."

Room was small but mighty. Even had a jaccuzi in it and the pool was fantastic. A perfect stop for after major adventures like the Daintree forest or the Great Barrier Reef near the low isles.
