It was a great stay, and the location in Healdsburg was EXCELLENT. No one helped us with our bags in or out. For the price, that was a surprise. Also, although Breakfast was supposed to be included, there was a $10 service charge for breakfast, which was a strange nickel and dime situation. I would stay with them again even though this was a small issue. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Hotel location was perfect to the Healdsburg Plaza and other shops, wine tasting and more.

The valet parking was the valet/staff driving your car a block+ away to a 24 hour public parking lot. Service was fast but didn't feel secure. Breakfast was the weak point, eggs warm at best, bread partially cut and when you'd try to break a slice off it would fall apart Good coffee. Not worth the $10 per person delivery
