"Really great stay, but not quite 5-star"

Happy with everything during the stay, but the hotel is advertised on site as being a 4-star hotel so it should not be advertised as a 5-star.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле достаточно часто, но отель постепенно сдает свои позиции, в оздоровительном комплексе давно просится ремонт, завтраки стали существенно скромнее а персонал не справляется с обслуживанием в часы пик. Хотя есть и преимущества завтраки до 17ч., развитая инфраструктура, большие комфортные номера. Твёрдая 4 но уже не 5.

"Нам понравилось все."

Очень внимательный персонал и вкусный завтрак. Для нас было важным, чтобы Гостиница находилась в центре города для прогулок и своя парковка. Спасибо, нам понравилось все :-)

"Not your usual 5 star hotel"

The shower did not work from day one and they did not fix it. They did promise to fix it every day. They would not replace the mini Bar material or clean the room regularly unless you insist every day. Reminds one of the soviet days. I stayed in their most expensive suit so I hate to be the one staying in the cheaper rooms. Location is great but don't expect good service or comfortable beds.

"Great local in Kazan"

They upgraded my room at check in. Provided a nice boxed meal since we were leaving before breakfast time. Nice shopping and food in hotel.
