Хороший отель, удобные и уютные номера. Порадовал завтрак, а больше-обед!!!! Покушать можно до 17.00. Припозднились к завтраку как-то, а обнаружили - обед, состоящий из хорошего выбора первых блюд, вторых, закусок. Десертов оооочень большой выбор! Если доведется снова побывать в Казани, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

все отлично, за исключением завтраков - отсутствие кофейных чашек, зерен в кофе-машине, несвежая выпечка.

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 31 декабря по 3 января 2015г. Отель очень понравился. Все замечательно! Обслуживание, чистота и уют. Внимательный персонал и вообще очень понравились жители города, добрые, отзывчивые люди!! Не знаю как другим туристам, но нам не встретилось ни одного плохого человека!!!! Отель удачно расположен, близко к центру, вкусные завтраки, бесплатные звонки, вообщем, все отлично!! Спасибо работникам отеля и всем жителям красивого города Казани!!!! Обязательно вернемся еще в Ваш город!!

"Достойный отель Казани"

Отель понравился. Особенно своей многогранностью. И кинотеатры, и рестораны, и магазины, и бассейн. Последний нуждается в чистке и замене воды! Персонал дружелюбный, обслуживание быстро. Очень впечатлила услуга бесплатных звонков из номера в любую точку планеты!

"Реально 5 звезд!"

Замечательный комплекс. Есть все для отдыха и релакса. Завтраки сытные и разнообразные. Много ресторанов и кафе, есть где поужинать за демократичные цены. Особенно важно, что отель для некурящих! Абсолютно отсутствуют неприятные запахи. Порадовало то, что в отели есть свой кинотеатр,устали- можно подняться и посмотреть фильм.

"Замечательное место для отдыха"

Удобно расположен. Отличные номера. Хороший сервис. вкусные завтраки. В отеле есть все для отдыха: бассейн, фитнес, тренажеры, кинотеатр и т.д. и тп.п. В номерах чисто, все удобно, кровати очень хорошие, спать приятно. Замечательный ресторан и обзорный панорамный вид на 25 этаже отеля.
