Service breakfast and room was fantastic really enjoyed our stay

Fantastic central location to St Helier town centre. Staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Food was amazing, especially the grill bar, steak outstanding! There is a fantastic bar at the hotel, which although can be noisy, had a lovely holiday vibe and hearing people laughing and having fun didn't bother us at all as when you closed the door to the room you couldn't hear anything. If you don't like noise, just make sure you get a room on the third level and you'll hardly notice it! Very easy to travel around the island via hire car which you can get at the airport with Europcar, taxi rank is outside the hotel and the bus station is about a minutes walk from the hotel. Jersey is extremely clean and tidy, it's just beautiful. We're definitely going to return to the island and this hotel.

The breakfast and the service generally were very good. I enjoyed the pool and the sauna although it was strange having to go down to them with a robe on because of the lack of space to change in. My room can best be described as poky. It was the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in but up there with the more expensive ones. Not even room to walk at the end of the bed,having to shuffle to get to the miniscule bathroom (no room for a bath).what they describe as 'the old hotel ' is not fit for purpose as part of a hotel that wants to charge premium rates .I feel that I have had been conned and will definitely be going back

Ideal location

Smooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good. Great location. Walkable to bus station. Would recommend for couples, family etc.
