The bathroom floor could be quite slippery after coming out of the shower with wet feet. The shower controls were quite difficult to suss out .

A really good quality hotel, perfectly placed for exploring St Helier and the rest of Jersey. Great breakfast and excellent food in the Zephyr restaurant. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at The Royal Yacht. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Particularly appreciated the 2 bottles of water left in our room every day. Great selection of cooked and cold food at breakfast. Loved the freshly cooked eggs. I would have liked to see a bit more fresh fruit (strawberries) to have with my cereal. Our room was at the front of the hotel as I wanted a balcony with a great view of the harbour (which overall was excellent) but was a bit noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights as it does get busy in the square with the number of pubs there. But we lived with this. We didn’t hire a car this time as the bus station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel and the bus service is very very good and reasonably priced. Overall a great stay. Thank you. We will be back.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. However, our feeling was that in general it was nearly good but not at that level. It was slightly dated and there it was not a hotel to relax in. When we went to the indoor bar there was no one else present and it felt awkward.

All the hotel staff were so friendly and polite. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day and anything we requested was provided quickly and efficiently.

Thr Rotal Yacht is a lovely hotel very convenient for the Bus Station and the shopping area

Midweek break. Room was a little tired, especially bathroom. The space between the TV and bed was quiet tight. Food very good as usual. Major downside was noisy bar,
