The Royal Yacht

It was a very central hotel with helpful staff. They cater for parties and functions and is busy with nightlife so it was a bit noisy. The pool/ spa facilities were 10/10. Good vegan options for breakfast.

Bedroom 434 was very small with limited storage space. The air con did not turn off. The staff turned it off when requested, but then we couldn’t turn it back on. Gave up on it, but fortunately the weather meant it didn’t need to be on. The restaurants were very poor - the Zephyr was extremely noisy and more like a bar with bar meals rather than a restaurant which we would prefer. The scirocco was closed in the evenings - only open for breakfast and the Gril ……..no comment. The breakfast service was however excellent , but the staff were perhaps a bit too eager to clear used plates etc..

Nice friendly hotel. Food a little pricey, however, this is probably standard for St. Hellier. Bed a little too firm and pillows too light for my liking. Rooms however, are well appointed with decent shower, bath, seating area and balcoony. Bath robes and slippers provided for the spa and lovely on site pool. Apart from the firm bed this was a lovely hotel.

Great position near to the bus station Spa facilities very good . Rooms were spacious and modern . Breakfast was generally good with very good service .The outside bar area was very popular with outside heated patio but struggled to get a seat at times

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and well presented and there are plenty of eating options in the hotel.

Highly recommend very friendly and helpful staff. Room was absolutely lovely and view from balcony was lovely. We had a marina view from the balcony. The location was brilliant and very easy bus service. We ate in one of the hotel restaurants and it was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed 1 night in the gold twin room. Ample space and clean,separate shower and bath. No view from the room or balcony. We were on the 4th floor. Didn't hear noise from downstairs clubs/bars. Beds a little on the uncomfy side Location superb. 5 minute walk to bus station. Plenty bars, shops and restaurants around the hotel. Easy bus access from airport. Breakfast great. Lots of choice. Late evening you they close off access to the hotel and they check you are a resident in the hotel before allowing entry for security. Would return.

Highly recommend! We loved our stay at The Royal yacht hotel, so the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were amazing and we had a lovely view over the marina

My balcony room was fabulous and because the weather was beautiful I used it. Lovely pool and although you need to ring the spa to check it’s ok to go, I had no problem. Great location to wander into St Helier and great location for Liberty station to get a bus to anywhere on the island. It’s a fantastic service
