Amazing staff

We had a comfortable and enjoyable 4 night stay to celebrate 60th Birthday. Hotel ipgraded our room and gave a card with Birthday wishes and sprinkled our bed with rose petals - very pretty. Breakfasts were excellent, as was chamoayne afternoon tea. Gym was well-equpped and pool had lots to enjoy, foot spa, steam rooms, sauna, different showers, jacuzzi, plenty of seating and excellent changing rooms. Spa facilities with types of massage were offered. All staff friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the housekeepers who were brilliant.

Great location, clean and tidy Best breakfast ever!!!

Disappointed as I stay here regularly. Booked a double room, my bed was two single beds pushed together. Mattress poor quality and uncomfortable. Didn’t get what I booked.

The general overview is that the property is conveniently located. Close to bus routes and high street. There is a spa and night club as well as a restaurant. The standards of the rooms could do with a change of soft finishings as I have gone to this hotel for a number of years and these have not changed.

For a 4 star hotel I feel there could be more but overall it was nice and staff very helpful.

Lovely and very helpful staff. Room Was large, clean and very well appointed. Could not fault hotel - easy walk to ferry and to local bus station. Several dining options very close by.
