It was central,we were to hop on the bus to tramore.loved it.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We were given a lovely big spacious room and all our requests were met including quiet room, fridge in room, etc. They also provided us with a cot for our baby which we didn't even ask for and gave us a particularly larger room which was very thoughtful. The room and bed were comfortable with everything we needed. The leisure facilities are excellent too with children's pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. The breakfast was good enough with veggie options available on request but it was a bit short staffed and you had to ask for things like toast and hot veggie food which took some time considering there wasn't so many staff around. But we were happy enough. Very central location with only a few minutes walking distance to the central waterford town, shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.

On 2 nights of 3 I was woken up several times between midnight and 2am by noisy guests. Breakfast not the best

I really liked the fact that I was able to check in after midnight, because they had a 24hour reception. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable and everything looked clean and cosy. Also, very nice location, next to all the bus stops.

The building was a bit old, and the room a bit cold, the heater wasn't on, although it was cold and rainy outside. Other than that, everything looked great!

The small room, corridors are tiny, breakfast is basic, parking is 3 streets away uphill, lift was broke, bar had one person working and it was really dark. Food was ok.

Breakfast was very good.Good selection of food.

Bedroom no. 251 was very small just about ok for 1 person not at all Suitable for 2people.By the looks of the front of other bedrooms The whole place badly needs a major overhaul and upgrade. I know the hotel is in an old building but it’s so old fashioned it’s poor. Overall my stay was average nothing special. Also food prices were a little high even in the bar

buffet breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. girls on reception were very helpful

my room was above the bar .could hear band .at least it finished at 11.20
