Good position on Quayside with ample parking. Leisure facilities a bonus but do take a. A thing hat if you want to swim. Pint if cider and G&T €17 so a little pricey

Twin Room at rear a little bit small but comfortable with good shower. Bar prices a little higher than expected

This is a somewhat quirky hotel, very central for downtown Waterford, and with friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and was in an enormous dining room. My room was on the first floor, and was well sign-posted, but the first floor is still quite a maze. My room was very big and good value. There are lots of facilities on site, this is a very good hotel for a family holiday. I enjoyed my stay, and would have given a score of five but for the fact that parts of the hotel are somewhat dated.

Best value for money around any town. Very nice buffey style breakfast. Fry food and continental. Use of the leisure centre. Good bar and food. Great service.

Outdated with grubby carpets and furniture. Needs a makeover.

Dinner at the pub was very good, and the breakfast was also good.

We were not given good instructions to find our room which was behind a door in a stairwell area, not on the main hallway of our floor with no signs or directions as to where the room number would be found. We also had no hot or even warm water in the shower at night or even early the next morning.

Stay was good, room was clean, staff were nice, good atmosphere in the hotel There was a bit of noise at night time but it was a bank holiday to be expected. There was a good atmosphere in the bar and good music Showers in the female pool area were a bit dirty notified the pool attendant who clean it up straight away, very nice lad to be fair Hotel is in a good location staff are very attentive and polite

Stayed over Bank holiday end May 2026 . Excellent Valu and staff very friendly but most of all great value as we did Bed Breakfast and evening meal. We took the tin from Huston and it was just a short walk over the bridge to Hotel . Excellent we wil be back . Jackie C

Parking was a little ways away and a little challenging with suitcases.
