It was a great family getaway

Very spacious

About 45 minutes of our time was wasted when we first got there due to being put in a room where someone else was already in the room so we had to drag all of our lugg down to the fist floor to a different room. In that room there was a big section in front of the microwave on the floor that was soak and wet also the kids light in their room didn't work. I did let them know this at the front desk but they didn't really say anything.

Had a great time everyone enjoy the Waterpark, room were nice and staff nice and helpful every friendly. Would have been nice if you had a way of notification when there was activity going on we missed stories,could you have a list of times and activity some were so kids could go to them .

fun stuff to do buffet was yummy pool area fun music games and dancing for kids

to pricey and had to pay to park on top of it bed was not comfortable at all there was a flood messy one elevator wasn't working tub very slippery bowling stop working in middle of game game room AC wasn't working well

Rooms to small for price paid

No space to change clothes. We were a 2 family group

This has been a easy experience! Expedia helped me book my stay, and made coming in and checking in so smooth. The staff here has been amazing. They are all so kind. Everyone had a smile on there face, they delivered creamer to my room. I even had a nice janitor man give me some creamer too! Its been one of my best stays anywhere. The room we booked was exactly as shown, and very clean! From the mirrors to every nook its been clean and smells nice too. Even the pool area was clean. The food courts were spotless. Absolute blast for familys
