Upon arrival we noticed the shower curtain had what appeared to be poo or chocolate. Pillow cases had hair tie between them. Pull out had no sheets. It felt like house keeping was cutting corners. Sidewalks not shoveled but parking lot was. Room extremely loud. Beds uncomfortable due to being worn out. The waterpark was nice and clean. Pop machine out of pepsi most the day. I told 2 different people. Still wasn't changed out until next am. Probably won't be back but we'll see.

Check in was delayed so we were given a late checkout in exchange Bracelet made the stay cashless and coming and going for work a breeze Room was clean and comfortable Water Park was exceptional Staff was attentive and friendly Ages ranged from 60's down to 10 months and we all had a blast
