Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Staff were helpful in finding places nearby to eat or spend time. Katrina especially was very welcoming and greeted us whenever she saw us. I also liked the room had options for streaming for entertainment.

It is of no fault of the hotel, but I did not like booking.com showed this place as being pet friendly when it did not allow animals. Hotel was helpful in recommending nearby hotel that accepts pets for next time.

Soaking carpet 1st room. 2nd room keys quit working on day 2 of 4 day visit. Random pending charges (3) that were not explained, although they will probably disappear. Only 1 coffee in the room and expensive coffee and food items at the cafe.

Everything. Front desk lady excellent respectful.

The location was right off the highway and near a convenient, new shopping area. Lots of options for food and necessities.

I was sent an email the morning of check in requiring us to call the hotel to make a deposit to secure the room by 2pm or they would not be able to guarantee the room reservation. This was even though my booking through Booking.com indicated I was to pay at the property. Even though I had called earlier in the week to verbally confirm the reservation. I have NEVER experienced that EVER before during our travels. Thank goodness I had checked my emails prior to making the 5 1/2 hour drive down to stay at the hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant was not welcoming nor greeted us with a smile. She never verbally confirmed the room rate nor asked us whether we want to use the card on file to pay for the room. She just charged it and handed us our room keys. I had to ask her to allow us to use a different form of payment and reverse the charges. Upon leaving, we received our final bill summary and checked our card accounts. Only to discover that the front desk attendant had not accurately evenly split the charges between the two cards per our request at check-in. She managed to charge one card 2/3 of the stay and the balance on the other card. The hotel has ONLY one small elevator which is problematic. Makes for longer than normal wait times at peak times. The listed bistro "restaurant" is not really a restaurant. It is more like a walk-up food counter where you go to order food. The room was a decent size but could use some refreshing. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint spots. The walls in the bedroom had scuffs. And the sofa was not the cleanest. We did appreciate having a microwave which was not listed as an amenity for the room. So that was a plus. The shower had HORRIBLE water pressure. And the shower faucet was a bit confusing to figure how to set the water temperature. The toilet was also really low which I'm assuming was to disguise it behind the partition separating it from the sink.

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything about my stay at the hotel.

I booked 2 rooms.One of my rooms was completely fine. The other room, the AC, didn't work.They had to come in there fiix it twice. when it was time to go to sleep. The pull out mattress smelled like the pee. It took maintenance over an hour to come and pull the mattress out of the room..They didn't have any rolling bed for us to use.They try to bring us some big red blow up bed for us to sleep on the floor. So we ended up sleeping 3 in the bed . Also, my room keys stopped working twice. The breakfast was not what we expected at all. I am very disappointed.

Room a/c super noisy. Ran continuously. Took too long to reach set point, then off too long and room got hot. Bed covers on, then bed covers off….all night, great mattress but pillows were hard
