The staff was extremely helpful and went beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Everything was great and it was a fast and easy check in process that felt warm and inviting. I don’t remember the young ladies name that checked us in that evening but she was super helpful, kind and professional. The only complaint is more about a set of guests that had their kids running loose after midnight through the hotel playing “Knock Knock ditch”. Kids will be kids! We chuckled but some guest were audibly not happy being woken up. We chuckled again. On a high not the checkout process was absolutely the highlight of our stay meeting Wendy. It felt like we knew Wendy for years and we talked for several minutes about travel and family. She was delightful, inspiring , cheerful, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, and just a great person all around. Thank you Wendy for making our departure so memorable.

Property was nice. It was clean, smelled good, and I enjoyed the swan towel- it was a nice touch. Not sure why they charge a daily parking fee. I was very upset that this wasn’t mentioned before/during booking and was extremely caught off guard with this due to the very large parking lot, private lot for the hotel. There was no street parking or shared area parking…. Just a huge lot around the hotel. There was NO need to charge parking fees. And when talking to the clerk at check in, his snarky response was “sorry, I don’t make the rules you just need to pay it” We also paid for our room in full prior to arrival. Nothing was mentioned about extra hotel fees on my original receipt or emails for booking. Again, this caught me off Guard and I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel at all with all of the “extra fees” added in. When my husband handed him the card for these extra fees he looked at it and immediately pointed to me and very hastily said “is this your card” uhm no, looking at it you can clearly see it was the same name as the guy checking in as you are also holding his ID. Not a huge problem, but the attitude was not needed and put a very bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. Other than the very crappy customer service, the hotel itself was nice. I probably will never stay at this location again due to the customer service and hidden fees.
