I booked a king size bed they put me in a room with 2 queen size That’s two times in a row that they done that They said I booked threw a 3rd party they couldn’t do anything about it So I may not use Expedia again

Our first room’s air conditioner was not working and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating having us move to another room that was nearby so we would not have to move our luggage far. Comfortable and clean! Thank you!

The room smelled like a dog, the sheets were not clean with dog hair and crumbs in between the sheets on one bed. There was also a pair of men's underwear on the floor of the closet. The room I booked was a King bed and we got 2 smaller beds.
