I asked to have my room cleaned and they never cleaned it. Employee Dexter was horrible to me. Called me names and told them to my daughter. I won’t stay there again…ever. I complained numerous times that room phone did not work. They never fixed it. I asked for room to be cleaned . It wasn’t cleaned the entire time I was there,, Monday -Friday.

Our room was perfect..we only stayed one night due to bad weather in our area so it was a last minute booking..The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t offer a small free breakfast ( muffins, coffee, tea, fruit,ect)

Stayed at this dog-friendly hotel for a night on our drive from Chicago to Florida. The location was convenient, but the hotel has definitely seen better days. The first room they gave us was on the first floor right off the lobby, but it was dirty, the sink wouldn't drain and the tv remote was missing. The second room was better - the air conditioner was falling off the wall and the curtains were torn, but at least it was clean. It was fine for the night. I'll find someplace else next trip.
