Staff was excellent

Location was ideal. Easy access to 664.

Requested ground floor room in advance due to disability. However Received 3rd floor room.

The staff was amazing very polite and always smiling always greeted you whether you were coming or going and always asked if there was anything we needed .I would stay here again the room was clean and comfortable ...We had our furbaby and the staff welcomed him and my husband loves the lemon water you offer .

The breakfast although it was nice was very cold the hot breakfast was not hot at all a minute or two in the microwave did the trick and the milk and choc. milk was sour unfortunately whom ever is InCharge of this area need to pay a bit more attention

I didn't like the breakfast. That is not a breakfast, at least not for a 3 star hotel. Paper trays and plastic cutlery are just no go for a hotel, for this price in hotel. One word, breakfast AWFUL. There is no proper kitchen, all food was instant and heated up, artificial. We ad a problem with payment with my bank card, Hotel charged some fees that was not supposed to be charged (on Booking there was all included in price), later there were some strange transactions from my account as Hotel charges. I complained to the manager of the Hotel but they gave me some code number so I had to deal that issue with my bank. They issued me a receipt with the price as booked on Booking, but even today I have on my bank account 2 extra transactions that shouldn't be there, it is still not resolved until writing this. Be careful when using cards with this hotel, strange transactions might show up on your account.

Had a nice day over the Christmas holiday while I was in town visiting family. Samina was the manager on duty for most of my stay and was so accommodating when I needed to change my second floor room to a first floor room because I had my 11-year-old dog with me. She kept me up-to-date and well-informed and made a great effort to get me a room on the first floor. It would’ve been a five-star had the breakfast offerings been better. I think if they contracted with local bakeries or food suppliers the breakfast would be a lot better. All the staff was great!

Friendly staff. Very roomy, clean, double bedroom, nice kitchen area. Decent breakfast.
