Citrus Hotel Eastbourne by Compass Hospitality

Great location for our trip

Room was a little tired ,dusty shelfs ,curtains damaged and didn’t close properly

The location

It looked grubby from outside, untidy. No toilet paper in toilets within main areas

It was clean and spacious

I didn’t find staff as friendly as they have been before, we’ve stayed a handful of times and they’ve been very nice and accommodating..however during this stay we found them a little unwelcoming and not too great. We will find somewhere else to stay in future

WiFi wasn't very good

The window was boarded up in the kids room instead of replacement glass The shower was terrible I had asked for it to be sorted amd it was still cold then I had to go to reception twice to complain about noise coming from the room nextdoor that went on from 9.30pm to 4am

The noise i couldn't sleep all night the buttons where missing on all the lift buttons you had to put your finger in a hole. The window in the room was boarded up . The shower was cold and low pressure and the place was very scruffy

The location was perfect , nice clean room with nice bedding and towels. Helpful staff Great value for money
